The Kitchen is Now Open

Established in 2014, Canela Rice Kitchen is an innovative culinary concept developed by Executive Pastry Chef, Talia De Vito. Drawing inspiration from international tastes and styles, her sweet creations are all rice-based – cleanly produced, wholesome desserts featuring gourmet flavors like Green Tea, Ginger, Guava and Cheese, and Cafe con Leche. Chef Talia's signature rice puddings and treats are sought after by restaurant owners and food service providers, and also sold directly to consumers.

All the Right Ingredients to Build a New Brand

Our objective was to craft a brand identity that reflected Chef Talia’s unique dessert concept. Her signature dish, rice pudding, has many cultural varieties and has seen little change over generations. Challenging the conventional approach with exciting flavors from around the world, our strategy aimed to balance respecting the dessert’s heritage and family traditions with a fresh attitude and colorful character.
